If cancellation occurs, we will refund you or provide you with alternative accommodation to an equal standard.
Before paying anything, you MUST contact our team so that any unlikely availability issues can be resolved.
If the apartment isn't up to standard, let us know immediately so that we can resolve it.
You must complete the cleaning form provided to each party staying
Deposit will be refunded after stay is completed and will be payable incase of extra cleaning costs or damage found.
