Guidelines for Apartment Listings

The following guidelines apply to all listing applications presented to the committee. 

  • You must be a fee paying owner. 
  • The listing request must be for Horizon View apartments only. 
  • There is a 150 word limit for descriptions and up to 4 photos good quality images are preferred (as well as making your apartment more desirable)
  • If you haven't got any photos or require us to take some, please let us know ASAP as listing will be delayed without photos. 
  • A fee will be paid through paypal for any successful listings of £10 per listing
  • Feel free to contact us in case of any major changes in availability
  • If you have an external booking, please let us know so that this listing can be made unavailable on those dates. 
  • If any cancellations are due to a failure to notify us that the apartment is unavailable, there will be a strike against your listing and will be suspended for a month. 
  • We reserve the right to refuse a listing
  • The apartment must be up to a good standard with all basic facilities for holiday makers]
  • All requests for booking will be placed through us and a small proportion of sale will be taken after paypal fees (2% per booking). All copies of invoices will be sent to you by email.
