  • All prices are non-negotiable and deposit is non-refundable. Any queries please contact us. 

  • If cancellation occurs, we will refund you or provide you with alternative accommodation to an equal standard. 

  • Before paying anything, you MUST contact our team so that any unlikely availability issues can be resolved.

  • If the apartment isn't up to standard, let us know immediately so that we can resolve it. 

  • You must complete the cleaning form provided to each party staying

  • Deposit will be refunded after stay is completed and will be payable incase of extra cleaning costs or damage found. 

  • General house rules apply. 

  • Management are on site everyday and contact details will be given.
